IIT Bombay Students Attend the IITB–Tohoku University Global Immersion Programme (TI-GIP) 2025

The IIT Bombay–Tohoku University Global Immersion Programme (TI-GIP) 2025 featured 20 students from IIT Bombay who participated in the week-long international short-term academic programme held at Tohoku University, Japan. The selected students from the Institute represented a wide spectrum of academic domains, including AI & Machine Learning, Disaster Science and Mitigation, Digital Health, Transportation Systems, Robotics, Quantum Science, Semiconductors, Materials Science, Energy Systems, Aerospace, and Thermal-Fluid Sciences. The programme featured expert lectures, hands-on workshops, laboratory visits, and interactive sessions with faculty and students from Tohoku University, and exposed IIT Bombay students to cutting-edge research and global academic practices.
