IIT Bombay’s Roshan Keshari Wins India Pharma Award 2024 for Groundbreaking Psoriasis Research

Mr. Roshan Keshari, a PhD student in the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Bombay, has been awarded the India Pharma Award 2024 for Outstanding Contribution to Pharmaceutical Research by Academic Institutes. This prestigious honour recognizes his groundbreaking project, “Phytonanogel Shield: Precision Care for Psoriasis Patients,” which aims to provide innovative therapeutic solutions for psoriasis.

Mr. Roshan’s achievement is a testament to the guidance and mentorship of his supervisors, Prof. Rohit Srivastava and Prof. Shamik Sen, whose expertise and support have been instrumental in this project’s success. IIT Bombay Students Shine at Sakura Science Exchange in Japan

Students from IIT Bombay successfully participated in the prestigious Sakura Science Exchange Program 2024, organized by the Japan Science and Technology (JST) Agency in Kyoto, Japan. The programme aims to foster stronger academic and research collaborations between Indian and Japanese institutions, enhancing scientific and technological exchanges.
