IIT Bombay’s Project Udaan, led by Prof. Ganesh Ramakrishnan, has entered into a landmark partnership with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) to deliver high-quality academic content in multiple Indian languages using an advanced AI-powered translation platform. This collaboration, aligned with the goals of NEP 2020, aims to break language barriers, making distance learning more inclusive and accessible across the country.
