The IIT Bombay C1973 EV Lab hosted E-Mobility Tech Day. This landmark event gathered pioneers, innovators, and enthusiasts from the electric vehicle (EV) industry to discuss the latest advancements and future trends in e-mobility.

The event saw multiple speakers including:

• Prof. Shireesh Kedare, Director, IIT Bombay who delivered the welcome address highlighting the importance of IIT Bombay’s role in advancing EV technologies and fostering industry-academia collaboration.
• Prof. Abhay Karandikar, Secretary, DST, delivered the keynote address

The event included Featured Talks by:

• Dr. Anita Gupta, HoD Climate, Energy & Sustainable Technology (CEST), DST
• Mr. Rajendra Bhinge, Advisory Board Member, C1973 EV Power Train Lab, Ex-Executive Director, Tata Industries Ltd., Ex-Chairman of Infiniti Retail Ltd. (Croma) & Nelco Ltd.

A major highlight of the day was the launch of the Industry-Academia Partnership Program (I-APP) and the Executive Post Graduate Diploma (EPGD) in E-Mobility, inaugurated by Prof. Abhay Karandikar.
