IIT Bombay held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Academic Science Block 1 (ASB-1), a state-of-the-art facility that will house the Department of Chemistry and the Department of Chemical Engineering. Designed with a basement, ground floor, and 10 upper floors, ASB-1 will feature world-class research laboratories equipped with cutting-edge instruments, fostering advanced scientific exploration in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
