MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

Dear Partners,

I am delighted to invite you to IIT Bombay’s fifth milestone CSR Conclave on June 5, 2026. This annual gathering has grown into one of our most meaningful shared platforms, where industry, academia, philanthropy, and government come together to exchange ideas and shape collaborations that translate into real-world impact.

In this edition of Converge, we also look back at how the Conclave has evolved over the past four years. What began as a convening space for dialogue has steadily matured into an ecosystem where partnerships are co-created, strengthened, and carried forward into implementation.

This shift is evident in the partnerships we built with corporates this year. The Institute signed 73 CSR collaborations in FY 2025–26, reflecting the deep and growing confidence that corporate India places in academia as a partner in addressing complex societal and technological challenges. More importantly, it signals a shift toward collaborations that are long-term in nature, grounded in shared ownership, and focused on measurable outcomes.

We remain deeply grateful for your continued trust and engagement. Your partnership plays a vital role in enabling research, strengthening innovation pathways, and supporting solutions that create meaningful impact at both national and global scales.

Warmly,
