IIT Bombay Collaborates with TATA Power to Advance Research in Clean Energy

IIT Bombay signed a Master Research Agreement with TATA Power, which marked the beginning of a long-term strategic collaboration to advance research and innovation in clean energy and next-generation power technologies. This collaboration brings together the Institute’s research excellence and Tata Power’s industry expertise to jointly develop impactful solutions across areas such as smart grids, power electronics, energy storage, electric mobility, cybersecurity, AI for power systems, digital grid technologies, carbon capture, and the circular economy.

IIT Bombay Inaugurates the IIT Bombay–Optiver AI Innovation Lab

IIT Bombay formally inaugurated the IIT Bombay–Optiver AI Innovation Lab, thereby beginning a long-term partnership to advance frontier research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and quantitative methods. The Lab will support faculty and researchers, enable interdisciplinary collaboration, build world-class research infrastructure, and create opportunities for deeper engagement between academia and industry.
