Mr. Sandip Tarkas has worked in areas as diverse as Oil Production and Selling apart from Sales, Marketing and Media Management.
During his stint in media investment management, he was involved in three successful start-ups on the agency side; MindShare Fulcrum, India of which he was the first employee, MindShare Fulcrum Sri Lanka and MPG.
At present Mr. Sandip Tarkas is the President (Customer Strategy)for the Future Group and CEO, Future Media. The role involves owning the customer relationships from end-to-end, including Marketing, Research, Media and Loyalty programme.
Mr. Tarkas was one of the key organizers of his batch’s Silver Jubilee Reunion in December 2010, and its legacy project. He has been an active volunteer and fund-raiser for H4 ‘HATS and also a key contributor in the successful Madhouse book He was elected as director IITBAA Board of Directors in 2012 and currently functions as its Treasurer. His efforts to incorporate a profit-centre approach for all activities of IITBAA has met particular success in bringing out Fundamatics, with a net accumulated surplus of Rs.5 lacs over 4 issues and has also helped IITBAA fund Goa conclave and other events.
