IIT Bombay’s recent US Roadshow, spanning multiple cities, marked a significant milestone in fostering deeper connections with alumni across the United States. Prof. Pratibha Sharma appointed the Cummins Chair Professor
Cummins Technologies India Private Limited has established the Cummins Chair Professorship at IIT Bombay to promote excellence in teaching and research in Green Energy.
Founded in 2008, Cummins Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. includes divisions like Turbo Technologies, Emission Solutions, Business Services, Fuel Systems, and the Phaltan Engine Plant. While Turbo Technologies leads in air handling systems for engines, Emission Solutions designs advanced exhaust systems. Cummins’ Business Services handles global shared services, its Fuel Systems focuses on fuel efficiency and emissions, and the Phaltan Plant manufactures key engine components, supporting their global operations.
