IIT Bombay, together with the IITB Heritage Foundation, held a series of alumni meets as part of its annual US Roadshow in October 2025. The events were held in Southern California, Palo Alto, Pittsburgh, and New York. A high-level team from IIT Bombay, including Prof. Shireesh Kedare, Director, IIT Bombay, and Prof. Upendra Bhandarkar, Dean ACR, led the events and met with IIT Bombay’s vibrant alumni community. Prof. Kedare shared the transformation underway at the Institute — anchored in academic and research excellence and societal relevance. He highlighted the pivotal role alumni play in shaping IIT Bombay’s future, while Prof. Bhandarkar spoke about new initiatives, including hostel and department reunions, and outlined the 10-year fundraising roadmap.
