Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for Hostel Day Celebration. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before proceeding.

1. Registration Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only until 30-October-2025.
  • To cancel your registration, you must send an email to hostellegacy@iitbacr.com with the subject line Registration Cancellation – [Your Name] before 30-October-2025.
  • Verbal/telephonic cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests received on or before 30-October-2025 will be eligible for a refund, after deduction of applicable transaction/administrative charges.
  • No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained after 30-October-2025.

3. Non-Transferability

  • Registrations are non-transferable. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another individual or program.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation approval and credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Institute Rights

  • The institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered:
    • A full refund, OR
    • The option to transfer the registration to a future program/event.
