Prof. K. V. Krishna Rao, Deputy Director (FIA), and Prof. Milind Atrey, Deputy Director (ART), inaugurated the newly established Café Quantum on the 4^th floor of the Rahul Bajaj Technology and Innovation Centre at IIT Bombay.
