Radhika Rajan Women Leadership Lecture

IIT Bombay launched the Radhika Rajan Women Leadership Lecture Series on campus in March 2024. This distinguished series was made possible by the generous contributions of IIT Bombay’s alumna, Ms. Radhika Rajan (M.Tech., Physics, 1977), who serves as Executive Vice President at DSP Investments.
Prof. Mangala Subramaniam will lead the next edition of the lecture series and will speak on “Strategies for Mitigating Unconscious Bias in Workspaces and Classrooms.”
