About Desai Sethi School of Entrepreneurship: DSSE trains aspiring entrepreneurs through courses and structured mentoring programs at IIT Bombay. The entrepreneurship courses offered by Institute and adjunct faculty have benefited more than 3000 students. About 750 students were mentored by the alumni, and 60 startups have been registered. Job Purpose: Furthering venture creation by co-ordinating pre-incubation programs at DSSE, IIT Bombay. The stakeholders include students, alumni, mentors, masterclass facilitators, faculty and project managers at DSSE.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Assist the faculty in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and reporting various activities related to pre-incubation mentoring of students with the expected quality and timelines. Duties include:1) Designing and developing the programs for different target segments and as per stakeholder requirements.
2) Implementing the programs by organizing boot-camps, workshops, networking events, invited talks, exhibitions, etc.
3) Developing customized funding proposals to ensure continuity and growth of the programs.
